Indian diet plan for Weightloss
Hi friends , Today i am going to talk about the best indian diet for weight loss. This diet plan is beneficial for both men and women in weightloss and fat loss.
This diet plan is applicable for your every day plan . I will tell you about a every proper meal plan from waking up in the morning till going to bed at night.
No single food provides the calories , protein and nutrients you need to stay fit and healthy.
Thus, a balanced diet plan is required to get the proper amount of protein , low healthy fat , Carbohydrates, nutrients and minerals.
This indian diet plan is easy and practical. So if you stick to this diet plan I can assure you that definitely gonna lose weight and fat.
Morning Diet
Immediately after waking up in the morning you have to do drink a glass of water. For better results use the water kept copper vessels overnight.
This water is rich in digestive enzymes. It has been considered as medicinal in the our power ancient scripture.
Copper makes the water charged overnight which is more effective in fat loss. drink 3 to 4 glass of water after waking up in morning to keep your metabolism up and fat burning process fast.
Skip tea or coffee in the morning.
If you have a habit of having a tea or coffee immediately after waking up in the morning then I would suggest you avoid it . You can have it the time of the day but not in the morning.
Have a fruit after freshen up.
You can eat an apple or a banana after freshen up your any other of yours favourite seasonal fruit. This will help you in fat loss.
Breakfast Diet
Try to make your breakfast protein rich. Because its very difficult to breakdown the protein so it will fill up your stomach in such a way that you will not feel hungry for atleast 2-3 hours.
In breakfast you can have
1. Moong dal dosa
2. Oats
3. If you like paratha then you can have 1-2 peace of paneer paratha.
4. Chickpea Salad
5. You can also have a paratha with plain egg bhurji.
This will help you to make your breakfast protein rich.
You can get all the above dishes recipe in google or any other websites. Check it out.
You focus should be on complex carbohydrates and whole grains.
Avoid flour and bread. I would would also suggest you to avoid brown bread also because most of the brown bread sell in market were made up of flour which is not good to consume if your goal is weight loss.
But you can have sometimes like twice or thrice in a week.
Now after 1 hour of breakfast and before 40 hours of lunch you should try to have 2-3 glass of water.This will keep you metabolism up. It is best to keep water bottle with you.
If you feel Hungry after breakfast and before lunch then you can have some
1. Roasted unsalted peanuts.
2 . Or 3-4 Soaked almonds . Remove the peel before eating.
3. Or simply have any fruit you like.
4. You can also have some tea if you like but try to make it unsweetened or try a natural sweetner.
Avoid refined sugar
Refined sugar is the biggest enemy of weight loss.
Lunch Diet
Friends it would be best for you to start your lunch with a salad. Eating raw vegetables will not only give vitamins , minerals and fibre but also prevents you from over eating.
After eating salad simply have a homemade food filled with some little protein and complex carbohydrates.
Like you can make semi brown rice with chole or rajma.
Put one tablespoon of cow ghee on it. Don't take any tension.
Ghee is the healthy source of fat which also helps in fat burning process.
You can also have whole wheat roti with soya chunk curry or along with paneer.
If you are a non-vegetarian then here you can have rice or roti along with chicken breast or fish. Means simply the homemade food.
You also have a salted chaas after having a lunch or simply you can have a bowl of curd . Curd is the best source of burning fat and weight loss.
Do not overeat
Basically, just eat in less amount don not overeat. Overeating is the major habit which results in weight gain and increase of fat. So try to eat in limit and avoid overeating.
After 1 hour of lunch and before 40mins of evening snack try to 1-2 glass of water again.
Now comes the most tricky part
Evening snack
Evening time is the period when we tend get off our healthy diet and consume the unhealthy outside junk food which is totally unhealthy and increases fat in our body .
This happen because of the confusion of what we should eat in the evening snack. But don't worry here i have some options for you :
1.The first and the best is to have any seasonal fruit . They are best and you can have it in high quantity.
2. Roasted chana with unsalted roasted peanuts or if you wish can have a tea in the evening ( black tea or green tea).
3. If you feel too much hunger than you can have a chana chaat or sweet potato chaat . You can get the recipe in Google or youtube.
4 . You can also have a roti with egg white omelette .
All this will prevent you from eating outside junk food.
All the options that we discussed in lunch are also valid for dinner.
1. If you had 3 rotis in lunch then try to have 2rotis in dinner.keep it light.
2. Dal chawal or khichadi is also another best option.
3. You can also have any seasonal vegetable curry with roti .
Friends the most important factor which decides how fast you will lose fat is your dinner time.
Normally the digestive power get weaken after sunset . Eating food late at night is not properly digested. It can produce toxins in the body.
So its important to decide a proper dinner time.
Having a dinner at 8pm is the best option for all. If possible you can have it before too but don't get late.
But it is not possible because of your working hours. Then try to keep your dinner light and fresh and have a walk after late dinner. This will be of Great help.
Now most of you may feel hungry at late night after having such early and light dinner.
Thats why you can or should drink a glass of warm milk before going to bed. You can also add little bit of turmeric or peeper for taste. It will be also helpful in fat loss.
But if you do some workout with this diet you will get your results faster. That's why in evening or in a morning whenever you are comfortable, spend 40-45 minutes in workout.
If you work at night shift , you can still follow this diet plan . Everything will remain same just your meal timing wi change according to your shift timing.
Things to keep in mind
Drinks lots of water : Now , how does drinking more water help you lose weight? it’s zero calories. Also, drinking a good amount of water every day can help to curb your hunger.
Eat lots of fiber : A person need atleast 15 gm of fiber every day, as it helps in digestion and heart health. Oats, apples and broccoli are some great sources of fiber.
Avoid junk food - As we all know it the biggest stone in path of weight loss . So try to avoid it.
Eat in a proper time : Having your meal in a proper required time is the key to your meal digestion and for a good health.

With this indian diet plan either you workout or not but this will give you 100% results.
